  • I dropped off some items at your store 3 weeks ago - 2 swaddles, 7 Thirsties diaper covers, 3 Thirsties inserts, a tummy tub and some custom made pink rocking chair pads. I was not told at the time that I dropped them off that whatever did not sell would be donated and even made sure that the person working added to my consignment slip that you call me before my items, especially the rocking chair pads, were donated. On Friday, I received a phone call asking if I wanted my rocking chair pads and on Monday I returned the call (left a message). On Tuesday morning I called again and was told someone would check to see if they could find them and then call me back, no one did. I called back again and was told that my items were donated, without my consent, and that I had a $14 credit at your store. The woman on the phone apologized but did not offer me anything in return, even though on my receipt it says to call me before donating. I had other items to consign with you, and was making bows (MUCH better than the ones you have for sale) but now will not be consigning with your company and will not recommend that my other mom friends buy or sell there either. I am upset at your business practices and that my $80 custom made rocking chair pads were donated without my knowing.
