  • Had a tech Daniel come out to do a fall cleaning on my furnace. I paid for a spring cleaning on air conditioner. $156 for the year. He said 1/2 of my ducts were torn apart. So I paid $2000 for them too. I had instructions on a piece of paper on my thermostat that was gone when he left. About a week later I noticed that the low battery was on. Didn't know how to change them. Called Daniel but didn't return my calls. Called main number and they wanted $80 to come out. Even though I have a maintenance contract. She said wait a minute, I'll ask again since you have contract. Ok, she says $40, if you have batteries. I tell her I think that is not right, I won't do business again if I don't get this taken care of. She said General Manager will call me back that day. Guess they don't care about my business since they never called back. I will never do business again with them!!
