  • This is my go to Culver's...it's the only fast food restaurant I go to and I always have a solid and consistent experience. Today I went to the drive thru to grab a early lunch before heading to work, I pulled up to the white line and relaxed while I waited for my food. About 12 minutes later the manager came out to let me know my food was accidentally given to another car and that is why I was waiting so long-- they had put another meal in for me and gave me a coupon for a free dinner basket and he told me my food would be right out, I said no problem but that I did unfortunately have to be to work in 5 minutes. He came out about 5 minutes later with my food and a pint of custard to smooth things over with my boss. I felt the need to write this review because I feel like they are one of the few fast food places that go the extra mile to make it right when they make a mistake. I really admire this and feel appreciated as a custom! Good job Culver's!
