  • I honestly haven't notice customer service here to be any more terrible (or better) than any other Sephora. I found, going within the first couple hours of operation or in the middle of the week before lunch rush, or before schools let out, is the best time to visit THIS exact location. Crowd is mild, employees aren't up to much, and check out line is a breeze **please dont hold me accountable if you go during my suggested times and it's nothing as I describe it. You might just have bud luck ?
