  • We took our family dog to them when she started walking weird on her back leg. Vet said it was a tore ligament gave her some pain killers. Her leg did not get better it got worse. We took her back and they said we have to make sure she isnt jumping and give her some time to heal. After about a month of it continuing to go worse we brought her back a third time and ask the Vet to please do Xrays. He did the Xrays and it shows that she had been shot! He then told us it was before we adopted her and her leg is a birth defect. Which is news to us! She had never walked or favored her leg before. Vet said there wasn't much we could do. She got incredibly worse. She wouldn't eat or drink. She couldn't walk. We called the vet after hours and told them. They said to bring her in right away in the morning and they will take a look at the lump. We had never heard that she had a lump before! They didnt even look at the right dogs file! We took her in the next morning so the vet could monitor her. When we went to pick her up he said she could possibly have cancer and that its incredibly painful for her. But there is not much we can do. We called immediately to another vet and got in for a second opinion. That vet ran test for us and everything came back fine. She does not have cancer it is nerve damage from the bullet. Thank goodness we went and got a second opinion for her.
