  • This corporation is terrible!!!! I tried to order on-line (not at this store) . I had 2 coupons for 10 % off & spent 2 days trying to get through on telephone to place an order. I waited 15 minutes each time & had hang up. Customer service is abominable. Then, I tried to order via chat line & she couldn't help at all. I told her how bad this was that have coupons & can't redeem them ( only good for on-line & on-line rejected the coupons). She was rude & basically couldn't help at all & hung up. I will never do business with them ever again. Anyone out there want 2 WORTHLESS COUPONS FOR Lids?
