  • Plain and simple. Gary, the claims adjuster, and Jim, the owner, are great guys, straight shooters, and they know their stuff. They are a smaller shop, but that actually translates into top, dedicated, personal involvement and care in making sure their customers are completely satisfied. I certainly am! My Lexus looks as good now as the day I bought it. They were entirely thorough, explained everything up front, dealt with my insurance, and got the job done to the highest standards. A+ all the way!
