  • This use to be the best Starbucks ever and now look where it is. I remember going here 3-5 nights every single week just to hang out with friends and talk about nothing. It is very unfortunate that you always have to wait to have coffee creamers (milk, Half n Half) filled and this is after waiting forever just to get a burnt or cold coffee. No consistency anymore and the staff lack personality and spirit. I miss the days of happy staff, a fun atmosphere, quality coffee (not Pike junk) and a add-on station that is stocked. The past 4 years I have been here 6 times and each time it appears to be getting worse. I miss going there 3-4 nights per week as I did for many years. The management needs a serious adjustment along with the district management. I have watched them destroy this place only because it is in a prime location and sells 1 mill a year +.
