  • We were visiting from California and one of our tires was not holding air so we put the spare on, briefly inspected it to see if it had any nails or cuts but it was nighttime so we couldn't see and decided to take it here. I chose this place because it was open on Sunday and its down the street from the hotel we were staying in. So we went there first thing in the morning and it was pretty empty so service got to us quick. I told the front desk what the problem was and told me to just wait. I removed the problematic tire from the spare mount because I thought it would make their job a little easier. A Tech comes and takes it away, ten minutes pass by and he comes out with the tire. He didn't even say anything. Just rolled the tire out and just stood there until I said, " no leaks ?" and he just shook his head. I'm gonna be honest, I didn't trust him but gave him the benefit of the doubt and gave him a $5 tip even though they have a free flat tire service. The tech later came out and tightened the lugs with a impact when I put the tire back on the spare mount and throughout that time, he didn't even say thank you for the tip. Whatever. I put the cover on and drove on home and while we were on the freeway, the ! light comes on which means one of the tires is low on air. I already knew which tire it was but regardless I checked all five tires anyway and wouldn't you know it was the spare tire that the tech worked on. 10 PSI 10 PSI was what my meter read. We were already on the I-15 going home so going back was not a option. I decided to just drive home and worry about it later and hope I don't get a flat on the way. Fast forward to Monday and I got the spare checked out again by two tire shops and guess what. There WAS a leak. A cut on the sidewall that couldn't be repaired and I had to get a new tire. I'd like to add that I told the two tire shops I went to what went down here and they simply were confused as they didn't understand why the tech that checked my tire missed that. So if you're looking for a tire place, this isn't it. Look elsewhere.
