| - THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! FROM TRENT THE MANAGER,
I was so excited about Gold's Gym. I went as a guest with one of my friends twice to Scottsdale location I was just assisting to zumba,and before warming up on the Elliptical machines, ( must of the times busy or with the big sign "for reparation").
l tried a 7 day pass today, I was planning start my membership just for zumba, the classes are fine, Trend ( Manager ) on the front desk, today didn't have time to say hi, he just says it's already 6.30 pm. Zumba it's 6.30 pm, ( I saw the class was not started yet, he was not courteous, nothing) ....
Even that I showed my free 7 day pass confirmation on my phone,He was very focus on his interest as seller and he told me for be sure you don't left give my your car keys ....
WTF!!! I did, but I even didn't enjoy my time on zumba thinking about why he took my keys???, after 30 minutes I went to his office and I said I was so disappointment from his customer service , and I expressed he didn't have any right to take my car keys and he responded I just wanted to be sure you don't left because I don't know who you are!!! He made me feel I was steeling something !!! and finished the conversation saying.... I just try to be sure to provide good customer service ... For me wasn't , I said , he even did not apologize ... That sucks!! What kind of manager is that?? very unprofessional , It was an awful first time welcome, I wanted signed up with the membership at this location, but at this point, I found it will be a huge error!! Please try another place , Just read the reviews on this page, must of them, about worst customer service and no equipment available.
