  • Very rude staff, the chubby girl at the front desk and the other staff went out of their way to deny me entrance. They wanted to squeeze more money out of me by saying my ticket wasn't valid. I stood there mortified while other customers were gawking at me as if I had done something wrong. The spa needs some serious upgrade. The pictures were very misleading, the building exterior was all rundown with broken car windows. Their amenities were in horrilble shape, the shower stalls especially, the tubs were lukewarm.They need to offer slippers for their saunas cause it was burning hot to walk on. Overall experience wasn't worth what they were charging. I could of had a better experience at home.
