Poor Management with Poor Communication skills. Does this make for a good "Living Community"? Not At All.
What a horrible thing to wake up to this morning. Over 55 cars were towed to another area of the apartment complex with a note on each car stating $50 Tow Fee. Why do you have our license plate and phone numbers? It's 2013 for God's sake. Use a little technology.
When I left my apartment to head to work around 9am this morning, I noticed all cars were removed from the east side of the complex. In shock I went to the office only to be told I needed to pay a $50 towing fee to get my vehicle back. "Cash only", I was told. Really? Happy Friday to me and over 50 other residents of Sierra Ranch Apartments @ 4722 E Bell Road.
After locating my vehicle, which they weren't sure where the towed it, I was on my way to work. When I got home I was shocked to see neighbors rallying in there little groups making comments like, "this is only going to create property damage," and "many will disrespect this community". And I have to agree. Management has created a horrible relationship with it's residents. The Management Team on staff is the worst I've seen in the 9 years of my residency here at Sierra Ranch. I will not be renewing my lease and I do not recommend any one living here. It has become a terrible situation created by a terrible team of management. Shame on you Sierra Ranch Apartments
