  • We have been in several times to this location. Sometimes just to browse and most times to buy. In the past I have bought a mattress from this location. Today I bought a "man chair" and a coffee table. When we had gone for the mattress we found a pretty good deal and ended up paying around 1000. We have a truck and decided to pick it up and had no worries. We were offered to choose a delivery method for 66.00. When we took the coffee table home, they had wrapped it up when we picked it up and didn't realize there were scratches all over it. I called them and told them what was going on and they said I had a few options. 1 I could keep it and get 10% off. 2 I could get 15% store credit 3 I could do an even exchange (but they didn't have anymore) So I chose the 4th option which was just to return it. I was very happy that they didn't give me any complaints such as why didn't I notice when I picked it up. It was easy and the customer service I enjoy receiving when I spend thousands at an establishment.
