rev:text	I absolutely hate coming to this best buy. Very few individuals in the store are knowledgeable as to what is going on. I was given 4 different answers on two visits about returning the product. Each time I went to to question a return on an order I was given multiple answers. No one took the time to investigate my issue thoroughly. It was always call the online store or I can make the exchange. Not only was I overcharged but what the woman said I could do was just confirmed via the online representative, FALSE. I have only had one good experience with this store and that was with the gentleman who went the extra mile to sell me my W&D and Refrigerator. The two individuals I spoke with behind the customer service counter were awful. Not only was I given incorrect information but I was being treated as if I made up the special deal I had received online. They said they would have to see it on there system, even though I clearly advised that the sale for the tv was shown online because I am an elite plus member. I was even going to attempt to show the woman the sale on my phone but after the treatment I was just fed up. The woman asks another rep if he had heard of a deal and she shook his head as if I was making it up. I am never been treated as such and WILL NEVER be back at that branch. I will also be notifying corporate of the staffing there. There are quite a few bad apples at the store. Go far far away from this location. If you can't order online go to another store. Please have people who actually know what they are doing before giving them a blue shirt.
