The Westgate looks very nice on the outside and the inside casino floor is well kept. The problem with this hotel/casino is the customer service, the staff is not trained on how to provide a great experience to their guests. With so many choices to stay near the Las Vegas strip, I would skip this one.
We recently got married at the LVCC and chose to stay @ Westgate based on proximity to our wedding venue. When we made our wedding reservation, we mentioned that we were staying at the hotel on our wedding night yet there was no mention or special congratulations (most of our wedding party stayed and was spending $$ at their casino). The staff seemed to not be very happy and not excited about their job. It is just a matter of time before this property closes down.
