  • I've got a leak in my front yard (coming from main?), my husband called Collins yesterday to have them come out today, they gave us a 1-5pm window. At 4:50 I still hadn't heard from my technician. I called Allegiance, they will have a tech here at 8am to give me a free estimate, and complete the repair. I called Collins, asked if they would even be able to complete the repair if the guy didn't show up until 5:30pm, and they said he was only going to give me a quote - that's not what we expected from setting up the appointment. I told them I don't want them to come out at all. Thank you for wasting my entire afternoon Collins Commercial Services.
