  • Came in here yesterday morning and was surprised by the unusually rude treatment from the girl at the cash. I've been coming here since this location opened, and should add that I have never been more impressed by the friendliness and courteous behaviour of the staff. So yesterday was just strange. I asked the taller girl with the ponytail for a medium coffee...just basic coffee. And instead of simply pouring the coffee into the cup; She just left the cup there while the other girl in the hat was clearly already busy making cappuccinos and espressos for a crowd of other customers ahead of me. Then the girl with the ponytail continued to serve pastries and take the orders of all of the customers that were behind; making me wait until the whole line was served before she poured my simple cup of coffee. This makes me want to take a break from coming here for a while. I'm going to check out Starbucks, Crema, and Tim Horton's instead.
