  • The best Hermès boutique I've been to in Vegas. My journey started out at the Bellagio location that was out of a specific bracelet that I had my heart set on. The associate told me that the Crystals location had it and advised me to go over there. I asked him to hold it for me and he said "they have a few" and to just go over. I went to the Crystals location, to find that they did not have the bracelet, and that the Wynn/Encore location was the only place in a 1000 mile radius that had it. At this point, I was exhausted and a little frustrated. The store manager personally contacted Wynn/Encore to verify that they had it and to set it aside for me due to the running around. To Wynn/Encore I went! I was greeted by Ken, who personally retrieved the bracelet that was waiting for me and it was love at first sight. I was offered repeated apologizes for the run-around and refreshments. I have a lot of high end luxury goods, and for my Hermès collection, I will be returning to THIS location! Thank you, Ken! :)
