  • I have been having my dog groomed at VIP for several years. Colleen always did a wonderful job & the shop was always clean. Since she left they have really changed & not for the better. The last time I was in the shop smelled dirty. I thought it might have been a dog that really needed bathing, but 4 hrs later when I picked my dog up it still smelled. Worst of all the girl who roomed my toy poodle cut his bottom eye lid. I will not be returning. I am now searching for a new groomer.
