9/01/2015. The Open Doors was a baloney. Due to several road construstuctions we arrived at Hampton Inn in Streetboro, OH at 12:15am. We had an advanced reservation. Unfortunately The door was locked. After k knocking at The door for 10 Minutes, a customer let us in. Then he called Megan, The receptionist. We told them that we had a reservation. Megan was so rude and reprimanded US to use The intercom! First time we learned that we need to use an intercom to enter a hotel. Anyway she was so rude and annoyed when helping us until she saw that I was about to record our conversation. We were so disappointed with the service. It will help if there is a sign outside directing incoming customers to use the outside intercom.
