  • ROCHELLE GIVES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER have I shopped at a store where they wouldn't stand behind their own product and let a customer leave a shopping cart of items over a $3.99 item exchange! ROCHELLE wouldn't let me exchange a $3.99 ACE brand swag hook! ROCHELLE insisted that she couldn't DO ANYTHING FOR ME!! I had all the packaging and product for an ACE brand swag hook and ROCHELLE let me leave the store without purchasing my cart of items. How can the store, ROCHELLE mainly let customers just walkout VERY DISAPPOINTED because ROCHELLE wouldn't take a $3.99 swag hook exchange... GO TO WAL-MART OR HOME DEPOT INSTEAD. Obviously ROCHELLE doesn't want to keep local business... SHAME ON YOU ROCHELLE for showing how little you value Anthem Business...
