  • I hate to give this place 2 stars because there are some great reviews on here! My regular dentist was out of town and one of my crowns has popped off. It was about 5 years old and it unexpectedly came off. I needed to get it cemented back on ASAP so I went here because it's close to my house and the reviews seemed great and they got me in right away! No waiting at all! Phew! Everyone was really nice at the front as well as the assistants and the dentist. I don't remember the dentists name, come to think of it I don't think she introduced herself either. Oh well. Anyway, she told me right away that my crown was not fitting properly and that's why it came off so she would clean it up and put it back on so it will stay on better. Everything went well, my tooth was fixed. It was painful, but I did opt out of the numbing because I get REALLY nervous around dentists that I don't know. I've had the same dentist for 10 years I only trust him with needles in my mouth. haha My first little hiccup was they told me it would cost $75.00, which was fine it was an emergency and it was a weekend, but once I got the desk it was $135.00 all of the sudden. I went on my way and exactly a week later, almost to the hour my crown popped off again! I was irritated at this point because of the promised "It will last so long this way!" Luckily my dentist was back in town so I went to him. He took my crown and tested the type of bond she used and it was a very cheap cement. She also never cleaned the tooth out of the old cement so that's why it came off. He stuck it back on for free and it's been fine ever since. Everyone was nice, but I feel like the quality was not there. I paid $135.00 for absolutely nothing. I could of glued my tooth on with denture glue for a week for free. The facility seemed a little dirty from as well as there was dirt in the corner of the rooms, and the tools had water spots which makes me wonder if they are truly sanitized or not. I thought it was a great experience but I was very disappointed that I threw all that money down the drain. So be cautious about going here.
