  • My mother and I couldn't be more grateful for the excellent service out of this Lowe's location. My mother bought a water filter and needed the filter installed, however there was a mix-up on the address that was collected from my mother (her driver's license she stated) and the address for installation. It became a complicated matter but Emily from Lowe's handled it extremely graciously, patiently and professionally. It potentially could have been a bad situation (especially for us) because my mother left the country the day before, leaving it in my hands and I was going to leave the state before the weekend was over....but because of Emily's fast response, it was all resolved on the same day. I won't comb through all the details and make this lengthy but it involved uninstalling, installing, uninstalling again, reinstalling, and installing....if you get my drift...it was a lot of trouble. I was stressed but Emily remained very sweet the entire time of back and forth calls. I think it's almost unheard of that this sort of situation could be solved so quickly. The installer that came over said he's never had this happen in 18 years and it was odd. A big THANKS to Lowe's and their staff; especially Emily!
