  • AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could give this 0 stars I would! This complex has completely gone down since the new management arrived. They are rude, unhelpful, and nasty people. I was incredibly pleased with this complex when we first moved in, the old management was involved, helpful, caring, and really tried their best to help you. The new management is shit! The manager Brittany is an unhelpful, rude, nasty person! She is also a LIAR I have called to let her know about late rent, she stated it would be fine and she would not write out a five day notice that way we wouldn't be charged an extra 50 dollars for late rent! Magically the next day a 5 day noticed was right on our door!! People run into hard times, pay day is 2 days after the 3 day grace period, my husband called and spoke to Ashley, let her know we would be paying rent on the fifth and she said that's fine, but you're gonna have to add an extra 50 dollars to that because I'm telling Brittany and she's gonna put the notice out today! They are unhelpful, and rude people who get a laugh out of ensuring they ring you for every dollar you have! And when you plead with them and let them know you are barely scraping by, they slap more fees and tell you to suck it up because you legally have to pay it. The previous month notices were not put out until the 8th it is now the forth and a notice is on our door. So trying to be good tenants, and letting our management know what's going on only gets us in a bigger hole! So don't even bother calling cause as soon as you do a 5 day notice lands on your door! This place is ridiculous! AVOID AVOID AVOID! They are not military friendly!!!
