  • Was really excited to learn about this place and was looking forward to rentals/purchases but then discovered how unreliable and unprofessional they were. I reserved a wide-angle lens about 4-5 days before my Brazil trip; was really relying on this lens because I had no other wide lens for my first time visiting the country. I come in the day of, and number one, the guy who helps me decides to take a phone call after I had just explained I was there to pick up the lens. It was literally, "Hi! I'm here to pick up my lens.". He looks around, he couldn't find it...but took a phone call and left me standing there. I thought it was rude that he didn't assist customers in the order by which they asked for help. He completely forgot about me. He went to the front of the store and spent over 10 minutes with someone on the phone, rummaging through products and answering the caller's questions. I had to prepare for a flight. In all fairness, I did think the man was a nice guy and it wasn't intentional. He came back and it was as if he realized I was waiting there. He apologized and then after a second said, "Okay, the lens is rented out but it will be back in later today." ???? I reserved the lens for that day. He couldn't even tell me what time it would be in. I had to leave the country in a few hours; was just about livid. Very disappointed in this place and won't be coming back again.
