  • The Cleveland Downtown Hilton was a great place to stay. Upon checking in at the front desk, I was give a free upgrade to a corner room on the 29th floor, so I had some pretty awesome views. It may have been a large room in terms of square footage, but the layout was pretty goofy. The bathroom was probably half of the whole room: large bathroom, small room, and lots and lots of hallway. Minor gripes include the WiFi login system... I can't remember my HHonors login info, which was required for WiFi access!! and the room WiFi was not available throughout the hotel (conference areas had a separate network with restricted login). The room AC seemed to have a tough time with those big greenhouse windows letting in all the sun and heat, too. But I'd gladly stay here again if I'm visiting Cleveland!
