  • My boyfriend got a package because he has back troubles. They called and canceled his Massage 2 HOURS before the appointment. Their reasoning was the therapist he was scheduled with didn't come in today. And THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME. They've done this twice already, this is strike 3. I understand people get sick too and what not but so unprofessional to call so close to the appointment time. It's a most frustrating because he needs these massages to help with the pain, it's not just for relaxing time. Ridiculous.
