  • I've been visiting Divine Skin Spa for a few years as they are right around the corner from me. They used to have a wonderful therapist who left for a better job. Since then, the therapists have been terrible. They are extremely amateur and unskilled. In fact, I was injured recently by one of their "therapists". They are constantly running specials through Groupon and because of this the quality of the massages have gone down. Just recently I cancelled an appointment and was charged. They charged $98 on my credit card without my authorization and then attempted to charge $300 for a "service fee". The owner, Jim Lankes, is unethical in his business practices. I have successfully disputed the charge with my credit card company and they have reversed the charge. Mr. Lankes has continually harassed me via email and as a result I've had to block his email address. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FOR DIVINE SKIN SPA! DO NOT GO THERE AS YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN AN UNAUTHORIZED MANNER BY THE UNETHICAL OWNER, JIM LANKES.
