  • *an update* We had the blower motor stop working on our furnace. They are sending someone out the same day. I will keep this updated, but we are so relieved to have a positive experience after the last negative experience. The only reason I am giving them any stars at all is that our first issue, a leaking dishwasher, was fixed without any problems. After that, trying to get one of their vendors to fix our clogged and leaking kitchen sink has been a nightmare. After almost a month, it is still not resolved. I'm beginning to think this is a scam sold to homeowners when selling a home.
