| - I made an appointment to have my keys reprogrammed. My appointment was scheduled at 430pm. When I arrived, on time, I was asked "are you sure you have an appointment? I gotta get my guys outta here by 5...I don't know why they would schedule you so late". After they saw that I indeed had an appointment, they moved the process along rather quickly.
I believe my car was rushed along so quickly, that the service department did not do a thorough job. The moment I received my car back, I noticed two problems. My power steering light goes on every time I start my car AND my car has a delayed start time (clicks twice, then turns over). I called customer service, who I was supposed to call before I hand in a negative review on a survey. (I was told several times, that "if you get a survey and don't give us a 10 or a yes, then we will fail. so......." ) Customer service explained that nothing their service department did would cause such problems.
I brought my car there to have my keys reprogrammed, I left there with multiple issues with my car that I believe his service department caused. I do not trust that if I take my car back there, that I won't have more issues.
I am extremely disappointed in what happened to my car, after I took it to Ganley Westside Imports. JUST A WARNING.
