  • We recently bought a new house and, as you do, had to begin the process of finding a pool guy, a bug guy, a security system guy, etc. Some friends recommended Alliance Pest Management. They and a family member used them and I had just seen a roach you could saddle so who was I to question? I called several of the big companies (Orkin, Terminex) and found that they could be very expensive...upwards of $400 to $500 per year. Alliance charges $58 for the first visit and $28 from there on. They come once per month. Our bug guy, Vince, is great. He's very nice, keeps you informed, and answers any stupid question you have. Ask him what he can do with pheromones!
