  • Let me preface this review by saying that this review covers multiple Earnhardt dealerships. San Tan Hyundai, the old Mr. Ed location on Az Ave, and of course most recently this dealership. Between my wife and I, over the last few years we have bought 4 vehicles from the Earnhardt brand. I hear horror stories all the time about how stressful buying a car can be, and how long it takes, and how they think they got ripped off, and so on. From my very first experience buying my first car from them about 7 years ago at the old Mr Ed lot, I have never had to deal with any of these issues. No high pressure sales pitches, no shady used car salespeople. Every employee that I and my wife both have ever dealt with through Earnhardt, have always been nothing but polite, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. They have always been fair when it came to trade in values, and always did everything they could to get us into the vehicle we wanted, and at a price we could afford. Their customer service even after the initial purchase is exceptional. Follow up calls from the salesperson, just making sure everything was still acceptable. Calls from the service department to ensure the vehicles were serviced on time. All of the Earnhardt employees we have ever dealt with have all gone above and beyond anything I have ever experienced from any other dealership. With that being said, if you know what you want, and you know what you can afford......go to any Earnhardt location, and let them know. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We've bought 4 already, and we will never buy from anyone else.
