I had an 11 am service appointment on a Thursday. I arrive at 10:43 and no one waits in me at all until 10:52. To stand there and not even be acknowledged by the roughly 7 service department representatives is disheartening. Then to see an advisor talking to another employee and further delaying my check in made me even more furious. My lease is up in March and I cannot wait to turn it in and walk away. Sure, I get 8 emails and a call about my service appointment, which is a bit excessive. Hopefully my car needs nothing else and I can run turn it in and get away from GM and Day.
