  • I usually like Woori Jib a lot, however, I had a bad experience today when I got an order to go. By the time it got home, the plastic lid on the container that had soup in it had melted. When I called in to report it and see what they would do, they just said "we'll try to do better" or something along those lines. I was disappointed with the customer service, they could have at least offered to replace it.
