  • I've stayed at theHotel many time in the last few years, mostly in the winter because, as mentioned in a prior review, the journey through the casino to get to the pool isn't worth the trouble. I've never had any reason to dislike theHotel. In fact, I liked it very much.The rooms were nice and confortable, the bar and cafe were great and the staff was excellant. On our last stay we were offered one of the Delano rooms and, regretably, we took it. The room is uncomfortable and uninviting. The furnishings look and feel cheap and incomplete. It's like IKEA hasn't delivered everything yet. Maybe, by not liking the new rooms, I'm showing my complete lack of any sense of style but, I found much of the staff (speaking off the record) agreed with me. I wish them luck but I won't be coming back. There are plenty of other, much nicer, rooms available.
