  • 0 stars if I could. My bad experience is not from the waxperts but from the manager, Meghan. She always makes me feel uncomfortable and always seem to make clients wait while she is on her cell phone and complaining to her employees. I understand that employees listen to her because she is the manager but to have clients wait to hear the drama is another thing. I know she will flag my review again. But because of the rude behavior and my honest review that was flagged, I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. I think you should too in my opinion. Found a new spot and its on point!
