I have traveled to many different establishments in search of some pho that matches the taste and quality of my mother in laws. Pho Saigon 8 on eastern and 215 is the closest yet. I routinely get the number 11. It comes with a plate of different garnishes such as bean sprouts, mint leaves, and sliced jalapeño peppers. I add plumb sauce and saracha for an extra added kick that broadens the journey through taste town. It tastes like life. It's a spiritual journey for me every time I dive into a bowl of this magic bone broth, thin sliced raw meat, and noodles. It's always clean and I've never had to wait to be seated. The place stays full with a steady stream of regulars and workout veterans from across the parking lot. The café ser da is another amazing coffee treat that will spark off your day proper. I've had a few other items off the menu, all of which were rich with flavor and filling. The meals are reasonably-priced and the service has always been superior. If you are a fan of delicious food from Veit Nam, a stop by here won't dissapoint. Lastly, don't fear the fish sauce.
