I left early for work one morning specifically to stop at Dunkin Donuts before I go in for my shift and get a coffee and a donut. As I arrived, the drive thru line was so long. I saw the parking lot wasn't too crowded so decided to try to go inside... Big mistake. The line was to the door inside. Figured that there would be a steady flow so I took my chances. The line moved at the slowest pace I've ever seen and people's orders weren't even that large. The woman at the register whose name was Andrea looked absolutely miserable and seemed like she really didn't want to be there. Never saw one smile and you could barely hear what she was saying. There was no sense of urgency in any of her movements and it was starting to really bother me, but I thought hey everyone has bad days. As I'm watching her take orders and looking beyond her to see what I would like to order, I see her wiping her nose MORE THAN ONCE with her own bare hand and then grabbing people's food. Needless to say I didn't want any food at that point. Luckily, the young man behind the counter asked if I was ordering coffee and proceeded to make my order to save time. He seemed like he cared and wanted to take care of how busy it was. After waiting for 25 minutes I finally got my coffee and left. I wound up being LATE for work that day even though I left 15-20 minutes early. After this experience I don't think I'll be returning to this location.
