  • Overall, my husband and I really love living at Palazzo. We love our townhouse and how spacious it is. The community is clean, secure and in a low traffic area. I love be centrally located in Phoenix. We're a 10-15 minute Uber ride from everything. The staff, specifically Shane and Tricia are always attentive and professional. I take full advantage of the great amenities such as the workout facility and the pool and my husband grills a lot with no problems getting access. The staff always has cool fun stuff going on such as 2nd Saturday breakfast, gift wrapping station during the holiday and they even celebrate stuff like "National Nachos Day" by giving away free nachos. Cons: I have to be honest here... There's limited parking which can be a headache is entertaining. The units are beautiful but kind of old and require a lot of maintenance due. Things aren't always fixed properly the 1st time or 2nd time around. There's a great hot tube at the pool but I've never been in it because it's always a little too dirty for me....very weird because the pool is always clean lol. The units are a little pricey but totally worth it in my opinion!
