  • I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Black Cloud. My 6 year old decided she would like her ears pierced for her birthday and (even though it was hard for this mama) we agreed. Roman was amazing. He took his time, explained everything to her (and me) and encouraged her all along the way. The establishment is impeccably clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Black Cloud. They are open 7 days a week and accept walk-ins.
