  • Carrington is horrible! They bought my loan from B of A and the transition was terrible. I began refi but then had to fix stuff first. Now, I am supposed to close refi tomorrow and Carrington will. Not send pay out info. They had 13 days so far and have not sent. Customer service is atrocious. I plan to make a formal complaint to the better business bureau once I am clear of them. Do NOT do business with them. Absolutely terrible!
