  • Do not deal with this store. Just deal with Apple Care on the phone. It seems their objective at this store is to avoid accepting repairs under the apple care warranty. As the previous writer said, when they blamed his problem on 'water damage' they blamed my problem on impact and requested $800 for a new laptop monitor. Apple Care eventually resolved it. Genius? Hmmm. They couldn't even tell me what cable to use to hook up a projector. I will never set foot in Apple Yorkdale again.
