I've always been a huge frozen yogurt fan but this place really ruined it for me. Not only did I have an allergic reaction to the yogurt (I'm only allergic to nut product) I noticed a hair in my yogurt as well! It was a long black curly hair and it was honestly terrifying to see. I talked to a young girl with a high pony tail brown hair with highlights and minimal make up . She was incredibly sweet but she mentioned that the products were slightly cross contaminated and that I should have eaten at my own risk when I mentioned my nut allergy. I have NEVER experienced this at ANY other yogurt shop in my life. My daughter worked at yogurtini for a year and she always reassured me that when checking the product they always checked the nut yogurts last to ENSURE THAT THERE WOULD BE NO ALLERGIC REACTIONS. This place was overall disappointing. Toppings looked old, especially the mango. THERE WERE BROWNIE BIGHTS IN THEM! Yuck! I hope the owners of this shop realize they are the lowest ranked shop in Phoenix and they do something about it. Machines are run down. If they wanted to invest in their own business they should have made sure they had enough money to invest in better machines and a chic ambience. JT boba next door makes the yogurt shop look like a joke. So sad. Good luck. I'll pray for the owners and their business.
