  • Really disappointed with the service here. Told Nat I was going there in 3 weeks advance and wanted to surprise my wife. Gave here detailed information of what I wanted with all my contact info. Don't get a response so I called and left a message. Still no response.. Now it's the week I'm coming and still have no response or a purse for my wife. I called again today letting them know the situation. All they did was send me pics of nothing we discussed. Wrong color, wrong style and size. It's as if they just snapped pics and sent without regard. For someone who's about to drop $$$ on your product, your service does not equate to that. Thank you for ruining a special moment for me and the wife. Never will I shop here..
