  • I have been a year to year member for over two years now. The pest control is good. However, consistency with times and techs is a problem. We spent most of last year trying to get a set time for the service. Finally we think we have this worked out. Consistent working relationships with the Techs is important. We finally had the same tech 3 times in a row and then all of a sudden he was sent to cover another area. Trying to explain the nuances to a new tech each time is frustrating. We did receive a call advising us that we will have the same tech from now on. Time will tell.
