  • My sisters and I were going to ship off some UGG boots back to my siblings in Minnesota and this was the most frustrating process EVER. We had boxed everything, but didn't have tape or our labels yet. Once we arrived I asked for tape and they instantly said to purchase some. While I was grabbing tape a woman just offered some of hers and basically saved the day. When the clerk noticed she gave me some, he had asked where I got it from and questioned why I hadn't purchased any. I was immediately annoyed because he not only was intrusive, but to question why a customer shared with me showed his lack of morals. He then kept questioning everything I did and why I hadn't printed the labels off prior. I said I would go to the nearby library to get the label for 2 of my 4 boxes after sending the others. While I was ground shipping the other two boxes, I noticed I didn't have a pen or sharpie. I asked the clerk who looks like Paula Dean for a utensil and she immediately got defensive and warned me of not stealing it cause it was new. I looked at her in awe and proceeded to walk away to label my boxes. While I had my back to her, she kept asking her coworkers to keep an eye on me and return her sharpie ASAP. Before I could even finish labeling the other clerk from earlier, Asian man, had asked for the sharpie and I gladly returned it. By this time I was livid and ready to get the heck out of there. While I was dropping off the two ground boxes, the Asian clerk hovered over my shoulder and while my phone was on the drop off window ledge, he squeeze through the door to go behind it. Meanwhile, I'm checking out and there's no excuse me or pardon me. Everyone in this location has some issue with helping customers, not to mention sharing utensils in a post office! Sadly we had to return a second time to get the other two shipped and by that time I was silent with nothing to say at all.
