  • Avoid this place like the plague! I tried sending an international package out for Christmas.. they charged almost $200 to send it. I paid it because I needed the package to get there (painful but I did it). After 3 weeks of the package not arriving I followed up daily to find out where it was or at least to obtain SOME information on it. I kept getting the same response "I have to check with the USPS office" never an update or a call back as promised. After a month and a half I asked for my money back since I paid for a service and didn't receive that service. The response given by the owner "well if I pay you back then I lose money because USPS won't pay me back" WTF?!?!?! Not my problem. Come to find, the package never even left Las Vegas!!!! BEWARE: all he does is take your package to the USPS office. Drive the extra mile or two to an actual USPS office- you actually get a tracking number AND it's a third of the price. Prices are ridiculous. The holidays can be pricey enough then to loose money and have added stress is not necessary.
