We stayed at the firesky thus allowing for several Taggia experiences in either meal or snack form. I would not have thought much of this place - nothing necessarily wrong but just nothing spectacular - until I had the pasta.
The carbonara was delicious and very well portioned for lunch. I opted to eat at the bar, which is firesky's bar I suppose. I really enjoy the bar area as it is a very comfortable setting. I sat on the patio for one of my breakfast meals and that is equally nice. The crab Benedict was ok but not memorable.
I've never had bad service here so all in all a solid spot especially if you are staying on premise.
