  • I called this Wal Mart on a Sunday afternoon because I had a question about one of my orders. I counted 6 times that I was placed on hold. When the manager finally did pick up, it started ringing again. I am so confused. I only wanted to ask a question and I didn't think everyone would be so busy and unpleasant on a Sunday afternoon. I am not sure what is happening with their phone system, but it was really inconvenient and a waste of time for me. I guess I will have to drive there in person to speak to someone, but I would much rather just cancel my order.
