| - Tasty but not going back for more. I went to Noodle Bar for dinner and ordered some cookies for after the meal and as gifts. I got the Cornflake Choc Chip Marshmallow, Blueberry and Cream, Corn, Maple Pecan and Compost cookies. ( I did not eat them in one sitting) The first thing that struck me is the the amount of butter I could taste. This is not a bad thing, but these babies are not diet food. My favorite was the Cornflake cookie as it has a great texture and it flavor profile. The Blueberry and Cream tasted exactly as billed, which sounded better than it tasted. I felt that it would have been better served as a side for a milkshake. The corn cookie tasted like a cookie version of Boston Market Corn Bread. Tasty, but it could have used a bit more grit. The compost cookie was also delicious but pretty forgettable. finally, the maple pecan cookie was my least favorite of the bunch. It just fell apart when I tried to eat it and not in the good way. It tasted like a non-bake cookie and should be classified as more of a dense cake than a cookie. Overall, I was happy I finally got to try these things, but feel no reason to go back. Also, like all the previous reviews, be prepared. Milk Bar is just a glass-walled fridge on the second floor of Momofuku complex.
